DigiLite

Business Operating System

Everything starts with a lead. Everything ends with money.

DigiLite runs the whole chain — enquiry, quotation, order, purchase, production, quality, dispatch, invoice and payment — in one connected system built for manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, trading and service businesses.

The whole business

Twelve areas. One system that actually talks to itself.

Most SME software is a stack of islands — CRM here, stock there, Tally at the end of the month. DigiLite is one chain, so a sales order already knows what it needs to buy, what has to be produced and what is still owed on it.

CRM

Leads, enquiries, follow-ups and the whole pipeline in one place.

Sales

Quotations with real costing, sales orders and customer history.

Purchase

Requisitions, RFQ comparison, purchase orders and GRN.

Inventory

Items, multi-warehouse stock, reserved and WIP quantities.

Production

BOM, work orders, operations, consumption and output.

Job Work

Material sent out, processed, returned and reconciled.

Quality

Incoming, in-process and final inspection with rejection reasons.

Dispatch

Packing lists, delivery challans, transport and partial dispatch.

Billing

Tax, proforma and export invoices, credit and debit notes.

Payments

Receivables, payables, ageing and collection follow-up.

Accounts

Ledgers, expenses, GST-ready books and financial statements.

Management

One dashboard that tells the owner how the business is doing.

End-to-end traceability

Follow any order from the enquiry that started it to the cash that closed it.

That traceability is the product. Not a module count.

Open a customer

Leads, enquiries, quotations, sales orders, deliveries, invoices, payments, outstanding, complaints and documents — all on one screen, in one place, for that one customer.

Open a sales order

Drill straight down to the material requirement, the purchase order, the GRN, the work order, the inspection, the dispatch, the invoice and the payment against it.

Why DigiLite

Software that matches how the work already happens

One connected chain, not 25 modules

Open a customer and see every lead, quotation, order, delivery, invoice, payment and complaint. Open a sales order and follow it down to the purchase, the work order, the inspection and the cash that came back.

Built for how Indian factories run

Job work, partial dispatch, customer-supplied material, drawing revisions, GST and e-way bill references — the things generic software makes you work around.

Start where you are

Begin with CRM, quotations and stock. Switch on production, quality and job work when you are ready. The data carries forward; nothing is re-entered.

Your rules, your roles

Approval limits, role permissions down to view/create/edit/approve/export, and an audit trail that shows who changed what.

Live in weeks, not quarters

Masters imported from your existing spreadsheets, your formats on the printouts, and training for the people who will actually use it.

Numbers the owner can act on

Receivables ageing, order load, material shortage, machine utilisation and job-wise profit — on one screen, every morning.

Editions

Pay for the business you run today

A trading company should not have to look at work orders. A fabrication unit should not have to buy a separate system when it grows. Same platform, three depths.

On pricing: DigiLite is quoted per company, not per user — so adding people to the system never costs you more. What changes the price is the edition and the implementation work your processes need. Tell us how you run, and we will give you one number and what is inside it.

Questions

The things buyers actually ask us

No. DigiLite runs your operations — enquiry, quotation, order, purchase, production, quality, dispatch, invoice and payment — and keeps the books that follow from them. Many customers keep their statutory accounting where it is and use DigiLite for everything upstream of it.

DigiLite Business excludes the manufacturing modules entirely. You get CRM, quotations, orders, purchase, stock, dispatch, billing and collections — and you can move up to Manufacturing later without changing systems.

Yes. Most customers start with the sales chain, then switch on stock, then production. Because it is one system, nothing has to be re-entered when the next area goes live.

Yes — job work challans, material lying with each vendor, return and rejection quantities, and job work charges posted to cost and payables.

Item codes, customer and supplier masters and opening balances are imported from your spreadsheets, and quotation, invoice and challan layouts are set up in your formats.

A typical DigiLite Business go-live runs a few weeks; Manufacturing takes longer because BOMs, routings and inspection templates have to be set up properly. We will give you an honest schedule after seeing your processes.

Yes. Your data belongs to you, it can be exported at any time, and you get a full handover if you ever leave.
